This User Data Consent Agreement ("Agreement") is issued by Way2Reach Technologies Private Limited ("Way2Reach", "we", "us", or "our") and governs the collection, processing, storage, transfer, and use of personal data through our digital platform, accessible at www.way2reach.in ("Platform").
This Agreement is formulated in accordance with the provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDPA"), and is further harmonized with globally accepted data protection standards, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data privacy laws, where relevant.
By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Platform, you, the User (also referred to as the "Data Principal" under the DPDPA), expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and consent to the terms set forth in this Agreement, including any additional privacy notices, cookie policies, or data-specific disclosures referenced or linked herein.
Way2Reach remains committed to processing your personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently, with due regard to the purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality principles enshrined under applicable law.

In the course of your usage of the Platform, we may collect the following categories of personal data:

Your personal data shall be retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless otherwise required by applicable laws. Post-fulfilment, your data shall be securely deleted or anonymised.
Currently, all personal data is stored and processed within Indian jurisdiction. Should there be a future need for cross-border transfer, it shall be done in accordance with Section 16 of the DPDP Act and notified government rules.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and all other applicable data protection regulations in force at the relevant time.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, or alleged breach ("Dispute"), the parties shall follow the tiered dispute resolution mechanism set out below:
The parties shall first attempt to resolve the Dispute amicably and in good faith by mutual discussions within thirty (30) days from the date the Dispute is notified in writing by one party to the other.
If the Dispute is not resolved through mutual discussion within the stipulated period, the parties agree to submit the Dispute to mediation under the Mediation Act, 2023 or any applicable statutory framework. The mediation shall be conducted in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, in English, by a neutral mediator mutually appointed by the parties.
If the Dispute remains unresolved after mediation, either party may refer the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India.
We may revise this Agreement to reflect changes in the law, technology, or our business. Updates will be notified via prominent disclosure on the Platform.
